It certainly wasn't easy but I have 5 GREAT tips on how I lost over 20 lbs of baby weight in 4 months!  At 6 weeks postpartum I was 170 lbs and needed to lose 20 lbs to get back down to my pre-baby weight.  With some determination, commitment and these 5 tips I've actually gotten down below my pre-baby weight.  My 5 tips are as follows:
  • 1. Set goals
  • 2. Take before and after pictures
  • 3. Workout
  • 4. Eat less and healthier
  • 5. Make your health a priority
