Looking back now at the last few months of my pregnancy with my son, I was so tired and my feet were killing me by the end of the day! I tried my best to stay active but it got tougher and tougher as my due date got closer. Plus, it was winter so the weather didn’t help much. I frequently gave into food temptations because deep down I knew this would be my last pregnancy and I would never have an "excuse" to eat pancakes three times a night for dinner!
Well the day has finally come when I can say I am under my pre-pregnancy weight (for both babies) and I couldn’t feel better! I stepped on the scale when my son turned 4 mos and low and behold, I was 50 lbs lighter! A lot of hard work went into these past 4 mos but it was totally worth it. I feel and look great, I have a renewed sense of energy from working out, eating healthy (including Shakeology) and making time for me.
Becoming a Beachbody coach has been one of the best things I
have ever done for myself. The programs
are all incredible because it takes the guess work out of being healthy! I know what workout I’m supposed to do every
day, when I’m supposed to rest and exactly what/how much of everything I should
be eating. The real beauty is that when
I’m in between programs, I was still able to lose weight because it had become a habit to
workout every day and eat healthy! I’m
always looking forward to my next Facebook Accountability Group because it
helps ME stay accountable too. I love
helping people reach their health and fitness goals but I also like to have the added support and motivation to help me keep mine.
